"Very friendly and easy to deal with. I filled out an online inquiry just to see if I could save enough money to justify a change. He threw out a quote on text and gave me an option to call. I didn't do anything for 4 months not wanting to leave my previous insurance. Not pushy at all. I kept his text.I then returned the call, I am now insured with the vehicles and home at around the price I was paying for just my vehicles."

"This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. They never return your calls. They raise your bill extremely high without warning and then don’t give you the right bill every month! Lost money paying into a life insurance they talked me into getting with a bundle deal then Because they raised my bill so much I couldn’t afford it so I lost all the money I paid into it!!! They hounded and harassed me for weeks to get me to switch to them, and I fucking regret it!!!"
