"I was a customer for 17 plus years with the lizard mascot insurance company. After our 1st ever at fault very minor parking lot accident, Geico almost DOUBLED my monthly premium! When I called and asked if there was anything that could be done to lower my rate, they basically told me to kick rocks. That's when I called State Farm in Hurricane and spoke with Ty Parkins. Ty is personable, friendly and most importantly attentive to your insurance needs. Ty is a compliment to Mr Brand & State Farm and I can't recommend him enough. He got my rate almost back down to what I was paying before and now with a $0 deductible on Comprehensive and an increase to $50 a day on Rental Coverage. I'm very pleased and looking forward to my new relationship with State Farm, thanks again Ty!"
